Hauppauge Flea Vendor Application Thank you for your interest in participating in our third annual Hauppauge Flea. The Flea will feature yard sale items, crafts, food, music, and activities for children. This event will be held outdoors in the library parking lot on Saturday, April 26, 10am-2pm. Please complete this application if you would like to reserve a space to sell items. By completing the application, you acknowledge that you understand the following: 1) Applications must be submitted no later than Sunday, March 30. Based on those who apply, preference will be given to Hauppauge Library cardholders first, and then applicants from other areas. You will be notified by the library on Monday, March 31 to let you know if you have obtained a space successfully. 2) There is no fee to apply for a space. 3) Check in time is between 8am and 9am on the day of the event. Your physical space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, as you arrive. Staff members will direct you where to go. 4) Your space must be set up by 10am and remain up until the event ends at 2pm. For safety purposes, no exceptions will be made to these times. Prior to leaving, you must remove all items and trash around your space. 5) The Library and property owners are not responsible for, nor guarantee, the quality of items for sale on this day.
