Thank you to the Hauppauge community for passing the budget vote by a margin of 132-29 We are also happy to announce the election of Nayana Mehta to a five-year term as Library Trustee.
We will be commemorating Earth Day by giving away tree and shrub saplings native to Long Island. Choices may include bayberry, beach plum and eastern red cedar. Please pre-register by calling the library or using the linked form. Teens can also earn 1 hour of community service credit by planting a tree.
The Friends of the Hauppauge Library invite all photographers to submit up to 5 photos for a juried photography contest.
