Trunk or Treat Vendor Sign Up

Sign up to become a vendor for Trunk or Treat, a community event hosted by The Hauppauge Library!

This is a great way to meet your neighbors and promote your business/organization.

Decorate your vehicle and hand out Halloween treats from your trunk.

Choose a theme, bring lots of goodies, wear a costume, and have FUN!

Event Timeline:

  • The event is open to the community from 5-6:30pm.
  • Vehicle check-in is between 4-4:45pm
  • Decoration of vehicle must be completed by 5pm.
  • Vehicles must plan to stay until the end of the event (6:30pm) for safety purposes.

Additional Information:

  • Spaces are assigned and distributed on a first come, first served basis.
  • Parking spaces are standard size. All vehicle decorations must fit in the allotted space. (Access to electricity will not be provided.)
  • Vehicle themes should be family-friendly (nothing too scary) in an effort to create a safe environment for children of all ages.
  • Candy must be store-bought/sealed (no homemade treats). Other non-candy items (i.e.: pencils, small games, crafts, bookmarks, school supplies, etc.) are permitted.
  • Selling is prohibited at this event, however, businesses may hand out promotional materials.
  • Leave your space as you found it; please remove all trash prior to leaving.
