Reserve a Room

You can reserve a number of rooms at the library for studying, meeting, and collaborating.

Hauppauge Public Library cardholders can reserve a classroom, conference room, media studio, or study room online, in person, or by phone. The conference room, media studio, and study rooms can be reserved up to 7 days in advance. The classrooms can be reserved up through the end of the current newsletter period.

Out-of-district cardholders can make same-day reservations for our study rooms and conference room in person or by phone. They can also reserve classrooms for group meetings, through the end of the current newsletter period, in person or by phone.
