• Museum passes are available to Hauppauge Public Library cardholders in good standing only.
• Each pass may be borrowed for up to 3 days. Please reserve the pass for the date in which you choose to pick it up. It will be due back 2 days later. If the library is closed on that day, it will be due back the next day the library is open.
• You may reserve up to 2 passes at a time or have 2 reservations in a 30 day period. Passes may be reserved up to 60 days in advance.
• Reservations can be made in person, over the phone (979-1600), or online through our museum pass software. Please have your library card handy when placing your reservation and when picking up your pass.
• Each museum decides on how many people the pass admits. Guidelines for each pass can be found by clicking “Pass Details” on the reservation page.
• A fee of $20 will be charged for every day the pass is late. The full price of the pass will be charged if the pass is lost. Once the pass is reported lost, it loses all value.
• If the pass you’re reserving is lost or comes back late from a previous patron, the library may not be able to honor your reservation.
• Museum passes may be picked up and returned at the children’s desk in the library. They cannot be renewed.
• If you wish to cancel or change your museum pass reservation, you may do so using the “My Passes” link in the museum pass software or by calling or visiting the library.
